Dear Subscriber First Name,

Last time I wrote, two weeks ago, I mentioned that we might have found a new house—but that nothing was quite ‘in the bag’ yet. Well, now it’s not only in the bag, it’s zipped up tight! We’ve bought the house (or rather, two houses!) pictured below, on 2 acres of land in southern Sweden—an amazing new home that might even grow into a place for retreats!

We feel like we’ve been given such a gift, to be able to live on a beautiful piece of land, grow our own fruit and vegetables. For both of us it seems too good not to share it with others. Which is where you come in 😍

Our moving date is set for the 4th of July, and we’re aiming to be up and running by August. I say "up and running," but we imagine the first retreats will be more like gatherings—an invitation to come, spend time with us, and help shape a shared vision of what this place could become.

Are we a little crazy? Probably. Are we excited? Completely. We’ll share more details and dates as soon as we have them.

Giving expression to your insights

Meanwhile, in another part of my brain, I’ve been continuing to develop ideas for A System for Creative Dharma Study. Below you’ll find a follow-up article on how, once you’ve built a collection of notes, you can begin to create something new from them.

Quite a few people got in touch to say they’d be interested in setting up their own system, so I’m now in the process of developing a course. I’m imagining it as a series of video lessons, interspersed with live sessions, and I’m planning to launch the first one in mid-August—so keep an eye out for that.
