Just a quick note to say there will be no newsletter this weekend, as I’m on retreat — at home! Honestly, it’s the perfect place to be on retreat in winter.

If your thoughts are already turning toward spring and summer, you might like to take a look at our 2026 retreats at The Guesthouse. We’ll be running six retreats next year, from May through September. Our new booking system will go live in January, but if you’d like to reserve a spot before then, simply fill out the online form.

We feel incredibly fortunate to have landed in such a beautiful place in the south of Sweden, and we’re really excited to be sharing it with others — with you. Have a look at the programme and book yourself a place if there’s something you’d love to join; each retreat is limited to just nine participants.

If so, I’d love you to join me tomorrow for a 5-day online Wabi-Sabi Retreat — a quiet blend of Dharma teachings, meditation, and personal reflection, all from the comfort of your own home.

We’ll meet three times each day, but there’s no pressure to attend everything live. Each session will be recorded and uploaded within 1–3 hours, so you can move through the retreat at your own pace. You’ll also have unlimited access to all recordings afterwards, giving you plenty of space to revisit the teachings whenever you want.

I hope you’ll join me for some simple practice days where we’ll be slowing down, relaxing, opening our hearts, and returning to what really matters.
