The Dharma Bundle is for you if:
You want a more creative relationship with your meditation and Dharma practice.
You want to understand the teachings more deeply, but not only in an academic way.
You teach meditation and/or Dharma and are looking for inspiration to keep your teaching alive.
It’s made for Buddhists, but is also relevant for anyone with a curious and creative relationship to life.
The nuts and bolts
The Dharma Bundle is a monthly membership. Each theme will last between one and three months, depending on how much juice there is in it.
All the content will be rolled out as it is made, in an organic way so that there is a live connection between us.
Each week I’ll send out a short email letting you know what’s been added to the Bundle. There’s no pressure to ‘keep up’, everything is there waiting for you. Over the months the Dharma Bundles will form a creative library of themes that you can dip into for inspiration in your own practice or Dharma teaching.
When you sign up you have access to everything that went before. When you unsubscribe you lose access to everything. You are welcome to just sign up for the months when you feel you have time to enjoy the Dharma Bundle, and unsubscribe for the months that you are busy with other things.

The Two Truths
Hidden in the world, in this flow of sensations that we’re experiencing right now are two truths. The ultimate truth and the conventional truth.
They are both hidden from us, because without seeing one we cannot see the other. We can only know the conventional truth as the conventional truth, once we know the ultimate truth. It’s as if they define one another.
The more I practice and try to communicate the Dharma, the more I come to the conclusion that we have to start with the Two Truths. Without understanding the meaning of ‘conventional truth’ and ‘ultimate truth’ it’s impossible to understand the other teachings.
Not only do we have to become conceptually clear about the nature of these truths, but we have to bring the teaching alive for ourselves, make it our own. That’s what the Dharma Bundle is all about!
