Please read the following before booking your place below
Accommodation
Accommodation is as follows, one twin room and one single in the main house. In the garden house there’s one single and two large beds in the loft space, accessed via a stepladder. In the garden will be a bell tent for two with proper beds and bedding. Take a little video tour on the main page to see these options. We will allocate rooms 6 weeks before the retreat starts but please get in touch before booking if any of these options will not work for you.
Food
All food is vegetarian and includes dairy and eggs. We are unable to cater for either allergies or other special diets such as gluten free and vegan.
Mental health
Meditation and retreat settings can be deeply beneficial, but also emotionally intense. To ensure safety and support for all participants: If you have concerns about whether a retreat setting is right for you at this time, please get in touch — we’re happy to discuss it.
By booking on this retreat you confirm that you are not currently experiencing significant mental health challenges (such as severe anxiety, depression, or psychosis) that could be aggravated by meditation or silence.

How nice that you’d like to come on retreat with us! Please fill in the form choosing which retreat you’d like a place on.
We’ll be in touch and send you an invoice for a booking deposit of £80 to secure your place. The full retreat fee will be due six weeks before your retreat begins.

Cancellations
You’ll pay a non-refundable £80 deposit to secure your booking. The full retreat fee will be due six weeks before your retreat begins.
Cancelling more than 6 weeks before a retreat:
full refund minus the deposit.
Cancelling 4 to 6 weeks before the retreat:
If we can fill your place, full refund minus the deposit,
If we can't fill your place, half refund minus the deposit.
Cancelling less than 4 weeks before the retreat:
If we can fill your place, full refund minus the deposit,
If we can't fill your place, any refunds will be at our discretion depending on circumstances
